SummerPlace (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. was the second company incorporated after SummerPlace Travel Sdn. Bhd.(incorporated on March 2016) to cater to the needs of our clients from Hong Kong, Indonesia, China, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand etc.
Having the intention to establish SummerPlace Group of Companies in our corporate blueprint, we establish SummerPlace (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. to promote Malaysia as a retirement haven, best investment destination and top healthcare and education systems for foreigners around the globe under the program, Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H). SummerPlace (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated by experienced directors Irene Yeong Ai Lin and Lilian Lim Lay Hoon who had many years of experience working for SHL International (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd.
In the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 before MM2H program was frozen, we had brought in an average of 100 MM2H applicants per year from different countries through referrals and overseas marketing agents. We had established reliable network across Hong Kong, China, Japan and Korea.
Our management team has a combined experience of 20 years in MM2H industry. Our managing director, Lilian Lim Lay Hoon has vast market exposure and international influence of FIFTEEN (15) years with SHL International (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd., she has served a broad range of clients and overseas agents. Business development director, Irene Yeong Ai Lin has FIVE (5) years experience working in MM2H industry.
